What year did you enter the industry?

I started working professionally as a makeup artist in 2016

Why did you choose this career?

As an introvert, I have always been a fan of transformation as a form of escapism. I started experimenting with makeup in high school (Let’s not talk about what THAT looked like). Then, I really delved into it in college. I enjoyed the transformation aspect so much, that after college I decided to move to Los Angeles to get a better understanding of all forms of makeup.

What is your favorite service to perform?

I am your girl for all of your Halloween, Mardi Gras, or other dramatic or special effect makeup needs. Creature/Character building and theatre have my heart so I love transforming others.

What is your favorite product?

I love the Alpha Parf Sublime oil!

What is something few people know about you?

While I love putting makeup on myself and others, my true passion is sculpting and creating prosthetics. I always wanted to work in a tech lab for masks and prosthetics!

What are your hobbies outside of your profession?

I am a huge fan of theatre and am very active in the local theatre community both on and off the stage. I try to go see shows locally and in New York as much as possible. If that isn’t taking up my time, I am probably sketching, designing, and looking for inspiration for my next look!

What do you want to be known for in this industry?

I strive to always be innovative. I am always learning new techniques and new styles. Not only from social media, but from other makeup artists I have the pleasure of working with. I am a huge proponent of ‘Everyone knows something you don’t’ and want to be known as someone who isn’t afraid to go outside of my comfort-zone artistically.
